Today's delicious lunch was at Panna. It's in the gas station/car wash on the East side of Weston Road just South of Royal Palm. Walking in, The aroma is really nice. The kitchen is fully visible and as spotless as the dining area. They were very well staffed and extremely friendly. I was greeted by a very nice young lady named Marcela who advised on the menu for me as it was my first time there. I ordered empanadas Colombian style (they also serve Argentine) and picanha lunch with arepas, patacones (tostones for some) & platanos maduros fritos with a side of queso blanco. Picanha is made to order and everything else was really tasty. Coincidentally......While I was enjoying my Colombian empanadas... "No le pegue a la Negra" was playing???????? I will definitely return with the rest of the family.
Overview
Walking into Panna Weston for the first time felt less like trying a new restaurant and more like discovering a neighborhood secret that locals quietly protect. Located at 2620 Weston Rd, Weston, FL 33331, United States, this diner-style spot balances comfort and creativity in a way thatβs rare to find, especially in a town where dining expectations run high. I first stopped by after a long workday, expecting something quick and familiar, but what I experienced went far beyond that.
The menu reads like a carefully curated conversation between classic diner staples and globally inspired flavors. One of the servers explained that many recipes are tested repeatedly before ever reaching the dining room, a process that mirrors what culinary institutes like the Culinary Institute of America recommend when refining consistent, scalable dishes. That attention shows up immediately in the food. The pancakes, for example, are fluffy without being heavy, and the savory options strike a balance that keeps you eating without feeling overwhelmed. I watched a nearby table order the same breakfast platter twice in one visit, which says more than any written review ever could.
What stood out during multiple visits was how the kitchen handles consistency. According to food service research published by the National Restaurant Association, diners are 40 percent more likely to return to restaurants that deliver consistent quality rather than novelty alone. Panna Weston seems to understand this instinctively. Whether itβs a weekday breakfast rush or a relaxed weekend brunch, the plates come out looking and tasting the same every time. That reliability builds trust quickly, especially for families and professionals who make this place part of their routine.
I once spoke briefly with the manager about sourcing, and he mentioned that they follow USDA food safety handling standards closely, especially for dairy and egg-based dishes. While most diners never think about that, it matters. Organizations like the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention emphasize that proper food handling significantly reduces foodborne illness, and itβs reassuring to know those practices are being followed behind the scenes. You may not taste safety, but you definitely feel peace of mind.
Reviews from regulars often mention the service as much as the food, and I agree. On one visit, a server remembered my usual order after just two prior stops. That kind of attentiveness reflects hospitality training models used by well-known dining groups and even Michelin-reviewed establishments, where personal connection is considered just as important as flavor. The atmosphere stays relaxed, never rushed, even when every table is full and the coffee keeps flowing.
The location also plays a role in its charm. Being centrally placed in Weston makes it accessible without feeling commercial. Locals treat it as a meeting point, while newcomers quickly understand why itβs recommended so often. Iβve overheard diners describe it as their go-to breakfast spot and worth the drive every time, and those words feel earned rather than exaggerated.
There are a few limitations worth mentioning. During peak hours, wait times can stretch longer than expected, especially on weekends. While the staff manages the flow well, itβs not the best choice if youβre in a hurry. Still, that demand speaks to its popularity more than any shortcoming.
Overall, the experience combines thoughtful cooking, dependable processes, and genuine hospitality. From the carefully designed menu to the steady stream of positive reviews, everything works together naturally. Itβs the kind of place where you donβt just eat and leave; you linger, talk, and plan your next visit without realizing it.

The Panna restaurant in Weston has officially become one of my favorite spots! The food is excellent, and the employee, Geysel, is amazing. This is my second visit, and she was incredibly patient while I decided on my order. She explained everything on the menu clearly and without hesitation. The customer service is outstanding, the place is spotless, and the service is fast. Highly recommend!
Hello. I think the Fast thru service is great. We can get the food while we wait in a line for the car wash which can be 20min. The guy attending me was very educated. I am a very regular customer from Panna. I love the food, service and atmosphere and thisis a great add on to strive for a
Best arepas I've had in a long time and they have beer as well! Definitely have to try the carne asada arepa. The little outside patio space is also quite nice & romantic.
